We are celebrating our 20th birthday this year, and we can only thank you for your service to our market-leading brand.

Looking back, Custom West has evolved and changed a lot over the last 20 years.

Here are some key milestones:

• The Custom West brand was founded in 2003.
• In 2015, Hunter Douglas took ownership of Custom West, adding market-leading shutter specialists to our trade brands.
• In October 2015, we moved the Technical, Admin and Credit Control teams from Burgess Hill, West Sussex to Nottingham.
• In December 2015, we moved onto our online system, SAP, for finance, ordering and despatch operations.
• In 2017 we launched our market-leading visualisation app, allowing customers to see their shutters situated in their homes before placing their order.
• In 2023, we launched our new collection of Osmo stained shutters, further expanding our product offering, creating a more rustic look in-home.
